Vendor Application
✓ Application and full payment are due by March 16th. All fees are non-refundable. There will be a $10.00 late fee applied if payment not in by due date.
✓ Spaces are reserved on the day and time payment is received. No spaces will be reserved without full payment. You will be allowed to occupy only your assigned space.
✓ If you have more than 2 appliances to plug in, you will need to purchase an extra receptacles. Each receptacles has a 20 amp breaker. No power strips, they will throw the breaker.
✓ If you need larger than a 50 amp breaker you will need to supply your own.
✓ When measuring your trailer be sure to include the total length, including the tongue.
✓ This year we are incorporating a new system for our food vendors. Each food vendor will be allowed to have 3 sole seller items on a first come first serve basis. When we receive your applications we will verify that one else has already chosen your items. If someone else has claimed that time, we will contact you to select a replacement.
✓ Set-up day and time for vendors will be on Thursday of the festival from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm. All trailers must be set up by 3:00 pm. Vehicles must be moved before gates are opened to the public.
✓ No vehicles allowed through gates during festival hours.
✓ You are responsible for bringing extension cords, water hoses, lighting, tarps, ropes and any other items you will need. Please bring garbage bags to clean up your area.
✓ There will be no exclusive rights for any vendor. If you wish to know how many vendors will be selling your product, contact us and we will send you the information.
✓ Each vendor will be supplied with 4 vendor bracelets. If a worker leaves the booth and plans to stay and enjoy the festival they will be required to purchase a bracelet at the gate. If your group has relief workers coming, you will need to meet them at the gate and give them your vendor badge. Everyone in your area must have either a vendor badge or festival bracelet.
✓ Each booth will be supplied with a tax packet. Each vendor is responsible for filing the necessary forms with the LA Department of Revenue and the Beauregard Parish Police Jury. Under LA State and Beauregard Parish laws we are required to furnish a list of all vendors attending the festival.
✓ Absolutely no pets allowed anywhere on festival grounds.
✓ Local law enforcement provide limited security but neither they nor the Merryville Historical Society assume any liability for damage, loss, or theft of an individual's property.

✓ By signing and returning the Vendor Application you understand this agreement. Entry at this festival constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim of damages, loss against the sponsors, any employees or representative thereof. Both parties agree that in the event of rain or other circumstances beyond the control of the Merryville Historical Society & Museum, Inc., no refund will be given. However, should the festival be cancelled by arbitrary action of the museum, all fees paid will be refunded to the applicant.
